Weather and climatic factors influence on the physical indicator of the raspberry (Rubus idaeus) fruits marketability / Shevchuk L.M. // Sadivnytstvo (Horticulture). – 2017. – 72. – P. 122-128. – Refs.: 10. – in Ukrainian.

The multi-year researches have shown the influence of the weather and climatic conditions on the raspberry fruits mass accumulation during their growth and development period. The author has proved that it is the hydrothermic coefficient (HTC) that effects this index to the greatest degree in the mentioned period. The raspberry fruits accumulate mass especially intensively at HTC on a level of 2.0-2.5. In the regions where the investigations were carried out the weather factors which would contribute to the fruits mass accumulation to such extent that would meet the requirements to the marketability according to the standard documents in force within 12 years were fixed one time only. The most favourable conditions for the raspberry fruits formation in Ukraine exist in the Prykarpathia. During all the research years only the fruits grown at the L’viv Experimental Station of Horticulture were high marketable and met the requirements of DSTU 7179, except the cultivars Novokytaivs’ka and Brygantyna. In the region where the Institute of Horticulture (NAAS of Ukraine) is situated during the entire investigation period it is the cv Sanya fruits that were high marketable and met the standards in force.

Key words: fruit mass, cultivars, raspberry fruits, regions of Ukraine, weather conditions, correlation.
