Resistance of the pear (Pirus communis L.) introduced cultivars and hybrid forms to scab in the Western Part of the Right-Bank Lisosteppe of Ukraine / Yuryk L.S. // Sadivnytstvo (Horticulture). – 2017. – 72. – P. 83-88. – Refs.: 7. – in Ukrainian.
The author presents the results of estimating the resistance of a number of the pear introduced cultivars and hybrid forms to scab in the Western Part of the Right-Bank Lisosteppe of Ukraine among which oligogenically resistant ones were not revealed. They were divided into immunological groups as follows: practically resistant – ‘Gyeorgiyevskaya Rannyaya’, ‘Ñolet’ and the hybrid 38/16, almost not susceptible to the disease – ‘Devo’, ‘Jankoiskaya Pozdnyaya’, ‘Lagodnaya’, ‘Clapp Favourite’, ‘Yasachka’, ‘Prosto Mariya’ and the forms 39/1, 1/19, 1/22, 1/3, 1/30. The both groups should be included into the breeding process.
