The researches have shown that the losses of the apple fruits mass duriug the storage in a usual cooled fruit store depend on their anatomical composition, cultivar biology, terms of harvesting and placement for storage as well as on the temperature conditions and relative air humidity in the store where they are. The obtained data prove that exceeding summary mass losses by 5.0% testify the affection of the fruits with wilting. In the process of the apples storage it is necessary to take into consideration the above mentioned peculiarities which can correct essentially the economic effect of their production on the whole.
