The authors have analyzed the influence of the climatic changes and risks when growing fruit and small fruit crops in the Ukraine’s Lisosteppe. The rise of the average annual temperature has appeared not to provide from severe winters which repeat with instable periodicity every 10-12 years, the authenticity of autumn and spring frosts increasing as well as of droughts during the vegetation period (2013 and 2015). The researches with the use of laboratory methods and the field inspection have shown that the drought during the mentioned period reduce the frost-resistance of fruit crops by 4-6°Ñ.
