As a result of studying 34 peach and nectarine varieties bred by the Melitopol’ Research Fruit Growing Station and Nikitsky Botanical Garden as well as those introduced from abroad 13 ones were selected for early ripening, yield at the beginning of fruit bearing already, fruit attractiveness and fresh fruits tasting score. The brief description of 8 introduced cvs is presented.
