The multi-year and thorough estimation in Kyivshchyna of new apple cultivars on the rootstock 54-118 bred in Mliiv has resulted in recognizing cvc ‘Vnuchka’ and ‘Yuvileine MIS’ as the best ones. They have been recommended for the active introduction into farm orchards of the Lisosteppe. The cultivar ‘Mliivchanka Osinnya’ which has high – marketable and high – tasty fruits but middle yield only has been considered purposeful to be tested on dwarf rootstocks.
