The article is devoted to the bright memory of the outstanding Ukrainian scientists – horticulturists – unforgettable dynasty of the Symyrenkos, their important contribution into the development of the inland science (above all, horticultural), industry. Platon  Fedorovych – the founder of the  fruit crop nursery in Mliiv (the now Cherkasy region) in 1856, one of the organizers of the sugar industry in Ukraine; Vasyl’ Fedorovych – entrepreneur – manufacturer, engineer – designer; Lev Platonovych – the world – known pomologist – horticulturist,  correspondent member  of the Belgian Society of Horticulturists, Honorary Member of the French Pomological Society; Volodymyr L’vovych – outstanding pomologist,  creator  and one of the first heads of the now Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine; Tetyana Volodymyrivna – master of political science, translator; Olexii Volodymyrovych – professor of sociology.
