The authors have considered the problems of optimizing the technologies for the development and application of the microbiopreparations based on the entomopathogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis. Selectiv screening revealed the promising strains - producers Bt with the variety of morphological types and high output manufacturability (at least 2.0 billion/1 ml culture medium) and level of exotoxigenity (LC50 no more than 3.0 mcl/1 g of feed).
