The author has studied the foodstuff supply of the Ukraine’s population with fruits under five criteria: energetic wealth of the daily ration per capita; the inland market volume; economic accessibility of products as well as consume sufficion and food independence of each of them. The demand, proposition and price situation on the inland fruit market have been analysed.
