The special conditions of the in vitro culture cause the formation of plantlets with abnormal morphology, anatomy and physiology. After transfer from the cultivation vessels to the ex vitro culture such plantlets may be damaged because of the changes in cultivation conditions, and so demand a period of acclimation to correct the anatomical and physiological abnormalities. The author offers the use of the aquaculture as one of methods of micropropagated plants acclimation.
