The author presents the results of studying the fruit-bearing peculiarities and qualities of the fruits of the new scab resistant apple cultivars bred in Oryol in the Ukraine’s Lisosteppe. The cvs ‘Afrodita’, ‘Vyenyaminovskoye’, ‘Kandil’ orlovskii’, ‘Orlovskoye Polyesye’, ‘Rozhdyestvyenskoye’ have been determined as perspective ones for the state and production testing.
