TERMS OF PUBLICATION
Authors, by submitting material for publication, automatically confirm that the submitted material is submitted for publication for the first time and only in the collection; is the result of their own research, and any use in these materials of research by other persons or information from other sources is formalized in accordance with the current requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, international practice and moral and ethical norms. Materials are accepted for publication only if the author (authors) consent to open access to his materials via the Internet: through the collection's website, scientometric bases and portals of Ukrainian and foreign scientific libraries, databases.
Responsibility for the selection, accuracy of facts, quotes, statistical data, dates, surnames, geographical names and other information provided on the pages of the publication, as well as for the disclosure of data that are not subject to open publication, lies with the authors of the material.
The manuscript is submitted to the editorial office of the journal in the original language (Ukrainian). The English version of the article and its annotations are accepted only if it is professionally translated. If an English version translated using online translators is sent, the materials will be rejected.

Information about the authors in two languages (Ukrainian and English) is attached to the article in a separate file: surnames, first names, patronymics, names and postal addresses of the institutions where the work was performed, as well as contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, academic degree and position, ORCID identification numbers of each of the authors of the article are necessarily attached.
File names must match the author's surname. For example: Ivanchuk_Article, Ivanchuk_News.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is considered the date of its receipt by the editorial office. In the event of receipt of a manuscript that does not comply with these rules, the editorial office reserves the right not to consider such material, and will notify the authors.
The publication of the article is carried out by simultaneously posting the entire next issue of the publication on the website.
