All materials are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY.


The author confirms acceptance of the terms of this agreement by submitting his materials for publication in the Licensee's publications.


The author hereby declares that the submitted materials:


do not infringe the copyrights of other persons or organizations;


have not been previously published in other publications and have not been submitted for publication to other media.


The author retains copyright to his work, and the publisher has the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY, including:


publication of articles in English and their distribution in print;


translation of articles from Ukrainian into English and distribution of printed versions of these translations;


distribution of electronic versions of articles, as well as English translations of articles through various electronic platforms (collection website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.).


In any case, it is mandatory to provide a bibliographical reference to the article or a link to its electronic version on the official website of the journal.

 


PUBLIC AGREEMENT

ON THE PROCEDURE FOR PUBLISHING AUTHOR ARTICLES

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public proposal (offer) of the publisher of the collection "Horticulture" to an unspecified circle of persons to conclude an agreement on the terms set forth below (Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

1.2. Placing this text on the official website of the journal is an offer to conclude an agreement on the terms specified therein.

2. Parties and terms

2.1. Within the framework of this agreement, the author acts as the Licensor, and the publisher of the journal is the Licensee.

2.2. "Materials" - author's articles and accompanying files intended for publication in the Licensee's publications.

3. Procedure for conclusion (acceptance)

3.1. The Agreement is concluded by the author's adherence to its terms in full, without any conditions or reservations (Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

3.2. Acceptance is considered to be the sending of materials by the author for publication in the Licensee's publications after preliminary agreement on the content of the article between the author and the editorial office.

4. Subject and license

4.1. The subject is the publication of author's articles in the collection "Horticulture".

4.2. The author retains copyright to his work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International (CC BY) and grants the Licensee the right to:

4.2.1. publish articles in Ukrainian and English and distribute their printed versions;

4.2.2. distribute electronic versions of articles by any electronic means, including by posting on the official website of the collection, in electronic databases and repositories.

5. Confirmation of the distribution of rights

5.1. The fact confirming the distribution of rights of the Licensor and the Licensee under this agreement is the publication of the author's material in the collection "Horticulture".

6. Liability of the parties

6.1. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations, the parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

7. Dispute resolution

7.1. Disputes and disagreements related to the implementation of this agreement are resolved through negotiations between the parties.

7.2. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

8. Final provisions

8.1. In fulfilling the terms of this agreement, the parties shall be governed by the legislation of Ukraine in all other matters not regulated by it.

8.2. Submission of materials by the author means full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this public offer.
